Blaze Your Trail is an accredited social enterprise. We exist to help charities thrive with the right technology, and to create pathways into meaningful tech careers for people who are often overlooked.
When you work with us, you’re supporting four United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
We open doors into Salesforce careers for people who’ve found them hard to reach.
Many qualified women, especially migrant women, find it hard to return to work after a career break. Through our Work Experience Program, we help women build Salesforce skills and confidence and move into flexible, rewarding careers in technology.
About the Work Experience Program
We help jobseekers move from low-paid, insecure work into stable careers. Many of our Work Experience graduates go on to paid roles in the Salesforce ecosystem, including here at Blaze Your Trail.
Meet our peopleWe help charities get more from their systems, and work with others to lift the whole sector.
Charities shouldn’t be left behind as technology changes. We help organisations replace spreadsheets and disconnected systems with modern tools, so they can work smarter and spend more time on their mission.
