Blaze Your Trail was started by a charity founder.

Jessica Macpherson built charities from the ground up. Along the way, she learnt that the right technology changes everything. It helped her raise more money, manage volunteers, deliver services and prove her impact, while building organisations strong enough to thrive without her.

When she stepped away, she wanted to share what she’d learnt. That’s how Blaze Your Trail began, and we’ve been a Salesforce Partner since 2021.

We’re a social enterprise

We invest time and revenue in our Work Experience Program, which helps jobseekers gain real Salesforce experience, especially migrant women and people returning to work. Participants build confidence and skills, and charities receive professional Salesforce support at no cost. Many graduates go on to paid roles in the Salesforce ecosystem, including here at Blaze Your Trail.

We give back to the sector

We sponsor scholarships and bursaries at the Fundraising Institute Australia (FIA) and F&P conferences, supporting the next generation of fundraisers and technologists.
