Scheduled Meetings & Unlimited Support

We meet with you on a scheduled basis to track progress, adjust priorities, and act as an early warning system if anything is drifting. Between meetings, you have unlimited support access for urgent issues.

Strategy Workshops

We visit your team (in person where possible) to map out priorities for the year ahead. This session results in a 12-month strategic backlog that aligns your Salesforce system with your broader organisational goals.

Proactive System Maintenance

We don't wait for things to break. We actively monitor your system, maintain data quality, manage Salesforce releases, and ensure your existing integrations remain healthy and reliable.

Continuous Improvement & Automation

We spot opportunities to automate manual processes and bring disconnected workflows onto the platform. Simple process automations — such as replacing weeks of manual spreadsheet work with single-click automated flows — are built directly within the partnership, not quoted as separate projects.

To guarantee the integrity of your system and prevent configuration conflicts, Blaze Your Trail holds exclusive system administrator access. This ensures that all changes are logged, managed and tested by certified experts.

Inside the Partnership

Day-to-day app installations, building custom dashboards, upgrading legacy workflows, and implementing strategic process automations to solve your immediate workflow problems are all included.

Separate Project Scope

While we continuously evolve your system, large-scale implementations or full data migrations fall outside the day-to-day partnership. If your organisation needs a major architectural overhaul, we treat it as a separate, scoped Salesforce Project so your routine support is never neglected. Many organisations start with a Project and move into an ongoing Partnership once their system is live.

  • Yes. To guarantee the integrity of your system and prevent configuration conflicts, Blaze Your Trail holds exclusive system administrator access, so every change is logged, managed and tested by certified experts.
  • The first three months are the most intensive phase of the partnership, where we learn your system, clean your data, and stabilise integrations. This is why the first three months' fees are payable upon signing — it secures your dedicated team and lets us begin deep foundation work immediately.
  • Yes. Support for third-party platforms like Raisely, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor and Form Assembly is included, alongside real-world fundraising and communications guidance from consultants who have worked inside the sector.
  • Large-scale implementations or full data migrations are treated as a separate, scoped Project so your day-to-day support is never disrupted. We'll scope and quote this work separately before it begins.
