We are very pleased to announce that Smita Deshpande, one of our dedicated and enthusiastic volunteers, has landed a role as a Business Analyst with the NSW Department of Climate Change, Environment, Energy and Water. Smita joined our program with a background in Business Analysis and an eagerness to obtain hands-on insight into the technical side of Salesforce Administration.
While on the program, Smita embraced the opportunities to help small non-profits make the most of their Salesforce environments. An enthusiastic student, she developed and strengthened her Salesforce skills, including working with data, understanding workflows, and supporting operational processes. Along the way she became an invaluable team member who we will miss!

I particularly valued the hands-on experience, which allowed me to build confidence while contributing meaningfully.
