Padma came to Blaze Your Trail with experience in marketing and data analysis. After a career break, she was keen to apply her Salesforce Administrator knowledge to real-world nonprofit projects rather than just completing Trailhead modules. She has recently landed a job with Everability as a Fundraising Officer (Data & Insights), and we are so pleased to be part of her employment journey!
As an enthusiastic and engaged team member, Padma made the most of her opportunities while on our work experience program, working on Salesforce administration, Flow automation, Experience Cloud, NPSP, and WordPress website management. Along the way, she learned how to communicate effectively with stakeholders and deliver project outcomes professionally.
