Gayathri Srinivasan graduated from Tagore Engineering College in 2014. She worked as a Siebel Admin in two projects, and then at Accenture. It was there that she was first exposed to Salesforce, focusing on Service Cloud tasks - checking assignment rules and knowledge articles.
Soon after Gayathri welcomed her daughter, now 5 years old, and spent several years outside the workforce, travelling with her husband's work. Beyond work, she enjoys reading, cooking, exercising, and spending time with her family.
When Gayathri joined Blaze Your Trail in October 2022, she had 156 badges on Trailhead and was a Salesforce Certified Administrator. Since then Gayathri has volunteered over 240 hours on various pro bono projects, including Little Oak Sanctuary, an animal shelter in New South Wales.
Gayathri’s goal was to become a Salesforce business analyst, understanding customer needs and utilising Salesforce to support them. Last month, Gayathri was offered a role as a Salesforce Administrator at Make-A-Wish International.
Gayathri says “I'm thankful for the class and the chance to work at Blaze Your Trail. Being a volunteer Salesforce Admin has been a big learning experience, and a huge part of that credit goes to the awesome team at Blaze Your Trail. Working on real projects and getting guidance from Kirsten Finger and Jessica Macpherson has been super valuable. The focus on pro-bono projects not only helped me learn more but also made me feel good about contributing to important causes. I'm excited to take what I've learned here into the next steps of my career.”
