We are delighted to announce that Manasa Korkanti, one of our dedicated volunteers, has landed her first Salesforce role as a Business Architecture Senior Analyst with Accenture!
After completing a Bachelor of Science and MBA in Hyderabad, India, Manasa began her career working in e-commerce software before moving to Sydney in 2020. Determined to advance her I.T. career in Australia, she set her sights on Salesforce — completing a Diploma of Database Design, a three-month Salesforce Developer Program with Generation Australia, and a three-month Salesforce Administrator Program with Goanna Education, before joining Blaze Your Trail’s Work Experience program in March 2023.
Since then, Manasa has contributed an incredible 1,019 hours of volunteering, gaining hands-on experience across a range of nonprofit projects. She has served as Project Lead for both Ready Set and ProjectHerself projects, and during this time also achieved her Platform Developer II and JavaScript Developer I certifications.
Manasa’s blend of Administrator and Developer expertise has made her an invaluable member and leader within our volunteer team. Through her time with Blaze Your Trail, she has strengthened her skills in automation, integrations, data management, and problem-solving, all of which have prepared her for this exciting next step.
