Gowthami Selvam is a dynamic Salesforce professional with a strong foundation in business and technology. She holds a Master's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) and an MBA in Finance, combining her financial acumen with advanced tech skills.

Gowthami began her career in India as a front office assistant in the healthcare sector, and after moving to Melbourne, she took a break to raise her two children.

With a passion for growth and learning, Gowthami made a career pivot into technology and became a certified Salesforce Platform Developer. She brings hands-on expertise in automating business processes, ensuring data accuracy, and developing custom applications that enhance operational efficiency.

Currently, at Blaze Your Trail, Gowthami excels in dual roles as both an Administrator and Developer, showcasing her versatility. She is also committed to giving back to the community, volunteering her skills with Coolamon Community, the Early Pregnancy Loss Coalition (EPLC) , and contributing to the impactful First Steps pregnancy project.

Always eager to expand her skill set, Gowthami is currently learning DevOps and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children, engaging in crafts, home decoration, and sewing.

Looking ahead, her goal for the next 3-5 years is to grow into a Senior Developer or step into a leadership role within the Salesforce ecosystem.
