From Administrator to Analyst — Raji’s Trailblazing Journey
We’re thrilled to celebrate the incredible success of one of our brilliant Blaze Your Trail volunteers — Raji kolla — who has just landed her first role in the Salesforce ecosystem!
After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Padmavathi University in India, Raji built a solid foundation working as a school and office administrator. But everything changed when she moved to Australia and boldly decided to relaunch her career in tech.
Raji threw herself into learning Salesforce and joined Blaze Your Trail in May 2023. She quickly gained hands-on experience across a range of nonprofit projects, including as project lead for the Early Pregnancy Loss Coalition (EPLC) and Little Oak Sanctuary.
Raji sharpened her skills in data migration, automation, app configuration, and team leadership. Her ability to connect with clients and guide her team made her an invaluable asset.
Raji is especially grateful to Isabelle (Isy) Oderberg GAICD MICDA and Kate Luke, whose encouragement and collaboration kept her motivated every step of the way.
With over 470 hours of volunteer service, Raji has now stepped confidently into her new role as a Business Analyst at Monks Technology Services.
