We’ve been looking forward to sharing this.
At Blaze Your Trail, we work with many small (but mighty) charities, often bootstrapped, growing fast, and doing extraordinary work with limited resources. We know how overwhelming fundraising can feel when you’re learning as you go.
That’s why we’re proud to share a brand new free sector resource, developed in partnership with our friends at Equitable Philanthropy:
The 2026 Fundraising & Supporter Engagement Calendar.
This practical, month-by-month tool is designed to help charities plan with confidence, bringing strategy, storytelling, and systems together across the year. It’s about clarity, momentum, and making fundraising feel more achievable.
For us, this collaboration is a natural fit.
Equitable Philanthropy brings deep expertise in strategy, while Blaze Your Trail focuses on execution. Together, this resource bridges the gap between knowing what to do and actually getting it done.
On a personal note, this is the kind of guide we wish existed years ago. In the early days of volunteering at St Kilda Mums (now Our Village), having a clear fundraising roadmap would have made a world of difference. We hope this calendar offers that same support to organisations across the sector today.
The 2026 Fundraising & Supporter Engagement Calendar is available now as a free digital resource.

We’ll also have hard copies available at our stand (#2) at the FIA Conference later this month—so please swing by, grab a copy, and say hello.
And if you’re attending the In Good Company: NFP Leadership Roundtable on 19 February in Melbourne, co-hosted by Equitable Philanthropy and Law Squared, you’ll receive a free hard copy on the day.
We hope this resource supports you to plan with confidence and fundraise with purpose.
