What's Changed
Raisely is now enforcing 2FA. Your email and password stay the same. If you had your credentials saved in a password manager like LastPass, you could launch straight into Raisely and auto-login without a second thought.
Now, when you log in at admin.raisely.com/login, you'll see a brief message that says:
"Redirecting you to a secure login…"

You'll then be taken to a new authentication screen at auth.joinvelora.com, where you'll complete your login before being sent back into your Raisely dashboard.
-
For Authenticator, you’ll need to scan the QR code or enter it manually in your authenticator app, then enter the code generated below.

-
For Email and SMS, you’ll need to enter your email or mobile phone (with the format +614…), retrieve the one-time code sent and enter it back into the login page.
