Heads Up: Raisely Has a New (More Secure) Login Process

If you manage a fundraising page or campaign on Raisely, you may notice something new the next time you go to log in — and we wanted to make sure you're not caught off guard.

Heads Up: Raisely Has a New (More Secure) Login Process

What's Changed

Raisely is now enforcing 2FA, and they changed their login URL. Your credentials,  email and password, stay the same, but if you had them saved in a password manager like LastPass, the prefill or auto-login won’t work because the login URL has changed.

Now, when you log in at admin.raisely.com/login, you'll see a brief message that says:

"Redirecting you to a secure login…"

You'll then be taken to a new authentication screen at auth.joinvelora.com, where you'll be asked to enter your credentials and set up an authentication method, even if you had set up a second-factor authenticator before for your Raisely account:

  • For Authenticator, you’ll need to scan the QR code or enter it manually in your authenticator app, then enter the code generated below.

  • For Email and SMS, you’ll need to enter your email or mobile phone (with the format +614…), retrieve the one-time code sent and enter it back into the login page.

A Note on LastPass or other Password Managers

Because the login now happens on a new domain (joinvelora.com), LastPass will likely offer to save a new, separate entry the first time you log in — which can leave you with duplicate records and trigger "password reused" warnings.

To avoid this, update the URL field in your password manager for this credential from  admin.raisely.com/login to https://auth.joinvelora.com/oauth2/authorize

This will allow your password manager to match and pre-fill from your existing credential when the new login screen appears.

Note that the new login URL includes a token, which is not even saved if you create a duplicate credential, so you won’t be able to launch it from your password manager.
