Ratnamala started her career in Salesforce as an Administrator at a startup for a brief period, then contributed to the early phase of Salesforce adoption at an education sector company. She further strengthened her Salesforce expertise by working at TechForce Academy.
Ratnamala joined Blaze Your Trail in August 2024 with 134 badges and three Salesforce certifications. She has volunteered 133 hours for various charities.
Living in Australia with her 6-year-old child, Ratnamala is now a citizen. This week, she was offered a Salesforce Consultant role at Capgemini.
