Naphtali John has a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi. Naphtali also ran his own business delivering gas bottles to homes.

Naphtali’s tech skills cover Salesforce admin, process automation, and system integrations like Jotform, FormAssembly, and Google Forms. Naphtali is a certified Business Analyst and Scrum Master, and he’s gained hands-on experience by volunteering with non-profits through Blaze Your Trail.

Now, Naphtali’s aiming for a Salesforce Administrator role, with a strong interest in helping non-profits optimise their Salesforce setups.

In his free time, Naphtali enjoys spending time with his family and playing chess. Naphtali’s goal for the next 3-5 years is to become a Salesforce Consultant.
