How to create a new Help Ticket from an email

We love this automation that Paula Nunez built - makes our life so much easier. It allows us to quickly create a ticket/case record for our managed service customers from an email. We have 12 amazing charities that rely on Blaze Your Trail for day to day support with their fundraising and technology. They can contact us via email, phone, Slack, web chat, SMS or our Support Portal. Either way we need a quick way to note the requirement, the priority and estimated effort to complete the task. Our customers can log into our portal at any time and see progress, make notes, chat with us, create new and manage existing tickets. All build on the magic of Salesforce Service Cloud.
