Ramya Bakthavatchalam graduated from Pondicherry University in 2010 with a Master’s degree in Computer Applications
She worked as a IT Support Assistant before becoming the mother of two little girls. Ramya likes to work with children and this led her to volunteering at their kindergarten as a way to meet people in her new neighbourhood of Point Cook, Melbourne.
Ramya loves spending time with her family, baking and doing craft. She particularly likes hand making decorations for birthday parties.
Ramya recently studied with Generation Australia and gained two certifications: Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I. Ramya then needed to gain practical work experience so she joined Blaze Your Trail in May 2022. Since then she doubled her Trailhead by Salesforce score becoming a ranger and contributed a huge 132 hours to volunteering and learning how to use Salesforce for Non Profits.
Last week Ramya joined Accenture Australia as a Technology Analyst.
