Our social impact

What does our social impact look like? Over 250 migrant job seekers employed in flexible, meaningful, well-paid and stable jobs.

We achieve this by providing work experience opportunities for jobseekers as volunteers with small, but mighty, charities. All volunteers are carefully screened to ensure that they have the right skills and aptitude. 

Volunteers are required to complete a 40+ module Trailmix before joining the program, and they must be Salesforce Administrator certified before they can have access to a Sandbox.

The team at Blaze Your Trail closely supervise the work delivered by the volunteers, and ensure that everything is completed to the highest standard.

We believe that our workplaces should reflect the communities we serve, and that by helping people who are locked out of the job market due to lack of local work experience, we can make the world kinder and fairer.
